XPA means Extra Pale, a product of Quickchange's lighter malt base. That delicate colour though is undercut by a glorious hit of alpha oils from Mosaic, Galaxy and Citra hops. Sometimes you don't want your mouth flayed raw and your liver worked to a standstill. Sometimes a few luscious notes of mango, guava, lychee and pineapple can be just the thing.

The troublesome original release, named for the problematic first brew day which hugely emphasised its hop bitterness. It's matured and evolved nicely over the years. This bright IPA borrows its name to give a fresh retelling to a familiar story by keeping things lean, lucid and enlivening. Its dazzling tropical character comes thanks to a hop from North America, where these tales were first told.

A selection of the Barossa's key growers, renowned for their quality and skill, have shared their passion and pristine fruit to create this ultimate expression of a great Barossa Grenache. The wine displays bright purple hues with a core of garnet red. The lifted palate is smooth and silky with raspberry, violet flower and a hint of dried sage. This juicy red wine is perfect to accompany antipasto dishes, smoked meats and many Asian-inspired dishes with a bit of spice. Tannins are restrained, so this is also a lovely wine to enjoy as a pre-dinner option on its own and delicious when served slightly chilled.
