  1. Participation in Cashpoints prize draw promotions (Promotion) is open to each Super Liquor Customers with a registered Cashpoints card.
  2. To participate in the exclusive promotion(s) a Customer simply needs to make a purchase of Promoted Product(s) from a Super Liquor store, during the Promotional Period, and scan their registered Cashpoints card or the barcode in their Cashpoints app when making that purchase. Such Customers will automatically go into the draw to win a Prize.
  3. If a Customer uses their registered Cashpoints card or Cashpoints app to participate in a Promotion, that Customer agrees that CNZL and the Promoter may collect and share personal information relating to that transaction and use it in the manner set out and/or referred to in the Super Liquor CashpointsPromotional
  4. By entering this Promotion, a Customer consents to the Promoter’s use of its details to conduct this Promotion and any related publicity.
  5. By scanning their Cashpoints card or the barcode on their Cashpoints app when making such a purchase, a Customer will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
  6. The promoter of this Promotion is Super Liquor Holdings Limited, Level 6, Tower B/100 Carlton Gore Road, Newmarket, Auckland 1023 (Promoter).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

You must accept the following terms and conditions to enter the Heineken promotion run in conjunction with Super Liquor NZ to stand a chance to win tickets to attend the Formula 1 Dutch Grand Prix 2026 (“Promotion”). 

The “Promoter” refers to DB Breweries Limited, 1 Bairds Road, Papatoetoe, Auckland 2025.  The Promoter can be contacted on 0800 102 337 free of charge from landlines within New Zealand.

Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. 

SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.    The Promotion commences at 12.01am on 8th June 2026 and continues until 11.59pm on 5th July 2026 (“Promotional Period”).  No entries will be accepted outside the Promotional Period. 
2.    The Promotion is open to New Zealand residents only. Employees of the Promoter and any agency involved with this Promotion, and the immediate families of such employees, are not eligible to enter.
3.    Participants must be aged 18 years of age or above, including anyone participating in the prize with the winner. Both the winner and their travel companion need to be aged 18 years of age or above.
4.    Participants must be available for travel, with departure from Auckland International Airport to Amsterdam Airport Schiphol on Thursday 20th August 2026, then return on Monday 24th August 2026 (the “Travel Period”).
5.    To participate in the Promotion, purchase any Heineken multi pack product from any participating Super Liquor store and swipe your registered  Cashpoints card to be entered in the draw. Promotion excludes single can purchases and mixed 4 pack. 
6.    There is no limit on the number of entries that may be made in a day during the Promotion Period. 

PRIZE: 
7.    The prize package (‘Prize”) is a trip for the winner and a travel companion to go to Amsterdam, Netherlands to attend the FORMULA 1® DUTCH GRAND PRIX 2026 and consists of:
a.    Two (2) Economy Class return flights from Auckland International Airport to Amsterdam Airport Schiphol. 
b.    If the winner and/or the travel companion is a resident outside of Auckland, additional flights from the nearest domestic airport serviced by Air New Zealand will be provided.
c.    Four (4) nights’ accommodation at a hotel in Amsterdam including breakfast. 
d.    Two (2) Official 3-Day Hospitality tickets at the FORMULA 1® DUTCH GRAND PRIX 2026
8.    There is one (1) prize to be won. 
9.    Once a winner has been confirmed, they and their travelling companion may need to complete a participation agreement. The prize winner’s travelling companion must comply with the Promotion terms and conditions and participation agreement.
10.    The winner and their travel companion must depart Auckland to Amsterdam on the date communicated by the Promoter. Any amendments to flights are at the cost of the winner. The winner and their travel companion must be available for travel during the Travel Period.
11.    The winner must follow the instructions given by the Promoter on how to claim the Prize. You will be required to provide New Zealand Identification to be verified as the winner.  You must verify your entry by 20th July 2026.
12.    The winner will be notified as soon as reasonably practicable following the Prize draw. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner using the winner’s contact details (phone and email) provided to the Promoter via the entry form. The Promoter reserves the right to redraw the Prize if a winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable period, as determined by Promoter at its sole discretion.
13.    The prize winner and travel companion must travel together at all times.  The dates for travel are subject to availability of both the flights and accommodation. 
14.    The promoter cannot guarantee that the trip will be free from disruptions, failings or cancellations. The promoter is not liable for such disruptions, failings or cancellations.  
15.    The promoter reserves the right to reallocate the Prize if it has not been validly claimed by 20th July 2026.
16.    There is no ability to purchase additional tickets.
17.    Any photography obtained during the Prize will be retained by the Promoter who reserves the right to use any imagery for further promotion. 


PRIZE AND TRAVEL CRITERIA:
18.    Any international travel which forms part of the Prize must be completed by the dates specified by the Promoter. The Promoter shall not be responsible for any cancellation, delay or rescheduling of flights and any costs incurred as a result (including, without limitation, accommodation costs) will be the sole responsibility of the winner and their travel companion. 
19.    Flights are from Auckland International Airport, New Zealand to Amsterdam Airport Schiphol including domestic transfers needed to get to Auckland airport, only if the winner and/or travel companion is based outside of Auckland region. 
20.    No alternative prize or travel dates will be offered, and Prize will be forfeited if the winner and their travel companion cannot travel during the Travel Period, and the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternate winner. 
21.    The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
22.    The winner and their travel companion must travel through DB/Heineken appointed travel managers and be able to travel during the Travel Period.
23.    Once bookings are confirmed, no changes are permitted. 
24.    The Prize includes GST and taxes included in the price of the airline tickets. 
25.    The winner and their travel companion will be responsible for any expenses not expressly included in the Prize including expenses such as spending money on personal expenses, meals, drinks, transport, laundry charges, activities, incidentals, taxes (excluding departure and any other flight associated taxes included within the Prize), gratuities, services charges, passports, visas, travel insurance and all other ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Prize. 
26.    It is the responsibility of the winner and their travel companion to ensure they have a valid passport, obtain all required travel documents for travel to Amsterdam, Netherlands (at their own cost) and for complying with all country entry/transit requirements.
27.    Travel insurance is not included in the Prize, and the Promoter recommends that the winner and their travel companion obtain comprehensive travel insurance policies.
28.    The travel component of the Prize is not eligible to accrue for any frequent flyer (including Airpoints Dollars™) accrual, upgrades, companion redemption or credit of tier status. 
29.    If the Prize (or part of the Prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or that part of the Prize) with an alternative that is of equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. 
30.    The Prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to use the Prize as stated. 
31.    The winner and their travel companion will at all times act responsibly so as not to harm the reputation of the Promoter while taking up the Prize. This includes consuming alcohol responsibly.

WINNING THE PRIZE:
32.    On 7th July 2026 the Prize draw will be conducted whereby the Promoter will randomly select one entry from all valid entries. 
33.    On 7th May 2026 the Promoter will call the selected entry using the contact details provided. The Promoter will attempt to call the entrant a maximum of two times. If the Promoter is unable to contact the entrant, the Prize is forfeited, and the Promoter may select another entrant. 
34.    To claim the Prize, the winner must provide the Promoter with their email address, mobile phone number, and confirmation of their eligibility i.e. copy of their New Zealand driver’s licence, passport or HANZ (R18 Card). If this information is not provided within two (2) days from the requested date, the winner will be deemed to have forfeited the Prize. 
35.    The Prize details will be arranged directly between the winner and the Promoter, and the winner shall promptly provide the Promoter with all information requested. 
36.    All travel dates during the Travel Period are subject to change and may be cancelled at any time due to reasons beyond the Promoter’s control (such as adverse weather conditions). 
37.    The Promoter takes no responsibility for any failure or delay in delivering the Prize but will provide all reasonable assistance in cases where the Prize is not received by the Prize winner. 
38.    Neither the Promoter nor any other person or party associated with this Promotion will be liable to any person in any way in relation to this Promotion including, without limitation, any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) due to any changes to the activity schedule for any reason, including changes to the date, time, location, any death or personal injury howsoever suffered or sustained, the cancellation or postponement for any reason of the Prize and the quality of goods or services supplied by any third party, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.


OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
39.    These terms and conditions may be amended, and the Promotion terminated at any time by the Promoter. 
40.    The Promoter’s decisions on all entry and promotion matters are final and no correspondence will be entered into. 
41.    All details and instructions form part of the terms and conditions of the promotion.
42.    The winner and their travel companion taking up the Prize is subject to the terms, conditions and restrictions of Air New Zealand, the accommodation provider, the venues and any other third-party service providers responsible     for the Prize. The winner and their travel companion agree to comply with all terms and conditions and any reasonable instructions given by such third parties. 
43.    The winner and their travel companion grant the Promoter permission to share their personal information with all third-party service providers appointed to provide the Prize for the purpose of delivering the Prize.
44.    By accepting the Prize, the winner and their travel companion grant the Promoter permission to collect and use their name, photograph, voice and film recordings in which they appear, in connection with the Promotion and for future promotion and marketing purposes and waive any claims to royalty, right or remuneration for such use. This includes the right to use on the Promoter’s websites, Facebook pages, on air and other publications of the Promoter. 
45.    Entries must be made by individual consumers.  No entries from trade customers, agents, organised groups or other third parties will be accepted.  At the discretion of Heineken, offenders may be prosecuted.
46.    The Promoter may refuse to award a prize to any participant if, in the Promoters sole opinion, that participant has violated the terms and conditions of the Promotion or has gained an unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion.
47.    Participants agree that the Promoter (and its agents and contractors) may collect and retain their personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and for future promotions carried out by the Promoter and its associated companies. By participating, you consent to the Promoter and its associated companies contacting you via electronic means which you may unsubscribe from at any time.  Participants have the right to request access to their personal information held by or on behalf of the Promoter and to update or to remove any such information. 48.    Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, advisors, assignees, agents, licensees, representatives, advertising and promotional agencies), excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where attributable to any of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected ; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions of Entry; (e) any tax liability incurred by a claimant or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.

  1. Prizes will be delivered to winners by the Prize Delivery Method by the Prize Delivery Date. The Promoter and its agents associated with this promotion take no responsibility for a prize (or part of a prize) damaged or lost in transit (if relevant).

 

  1. The Promoter encourages the responsible use of the Prize(s), in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

 

  1. If for any reason a prize, or any part of a prize becomes unavailable for any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize (or part thereof) for an alternative prize to the same value of the original prize value, subject to any written directions made under applicable laws and regulations.

 

  1. Entrants must only enter in their own name. The Promoter reserves the right to request the winner(s) to produce (within the requested time) appropriate photo identification or other documentation (to the Promoter’s satisfaction, at its sole discretion) in order to confirm their identity, age, residency, eligibility to enter and claim a prize and any information submitted by the entrant in entering the promotion before issuing a prize. If the documentation required by the Promoter is not received by the Promoter (or its nominated agent) or the winning entrant has not been verified or validated to the Promoter’s satisfaction within the time requested, that winner’s entry will become invalid. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the sole discretion of the Promoter. The prize(s) will only be awarded following any winner validation and verification that the Promoter requires in its sole discretion. In the event that a prize winner cannot provide suitable proof, the relevant prize will be forfeited and no substitute will be offered.

The Promoter may conduct such further draws as are necessary (including a second chance draw) at the same place as the original prize draws on Re-Draw Date at the Re-Draw Time in order to distribute any prizes forfeited or unclaimed by that time in respect of those draws, subject to any written directions given under applicable laws and regulations.

 

  1. The Winner(s) of any unclaimed prize draw will be notified by the Approved Notification Method. All reasonable steps to notify the winner of the results of any unclaimed prize draws will be taken by the Promoter. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

 

  1. Where applicable, the Promoter reserves the right to request that the prize winner or any of their companions obtain certification from a medical professional that they are in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able to safely participate in the prize. If the prize winner or any of their companions is unable to provide such certification, the Promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow the prize winner or any of their companions to take part in any or all aspects of the prize.

 

  1. No compensation will be payable if a winner, or their companions (if applicable) are unable to use any element of the prize as stated for whatever reason, including refusal of entry or ejection from the date locations or participation in certain activities for health, age, behaviour or safety reasons. Any part of a prize that is not taken for any reason is forfeited.

 

  1. Liability: Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.

If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated, or the Prize is not able to be taken due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter including because of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster (including natural disaster), pandemic, epidemic, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, technical failures or anything which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion,  the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, or the Prize, or any component of the Prize, as appropriate.

 

  1. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not responsible for any problems, delays or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a network or a mobile network or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to entrant's or any other person's mobile handset, computer or peripherals related to, or resulting from, participation in this promotion or the downloading of any materials related to this promotion.

 

  1. Entry and continued participation in this promotion is subject to the licensee’s liquor serving policy.

 

  1. Right to verify: The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these conditions of entry, or if the entrant is engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.

 

  1. Any entry that contains content that the Promoter, in its sole discretion, considers to be offensive or inappropriate in any way or that the Promoter considers, in its sole discretion, to infringe any intellectual property rights or other rights of any person, corporation or entity, will be considered ineligible. The decision to accept or reject an entry is at the Promoter’s sole discretion and no correspondence will be entered into.

 

  1. The Promoter will not be responsible for any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information communicated in the course of, or in connection with, this promotion if the deficiency is occasioned by any cause outside the reasonable control of the Promoter.

 

  1. Caution: any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. If the Promoter suffers loss or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these conditions of entry or any other legal obligation by an entrant, the entrant agrees to indemnify the promoter for those losses, damages and costs.

 

  1. Consent: As a condition of entering this promotion, entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner of a draw (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration or compensation for the purpose of promoting, publicising or marketing this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products or services manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter. The winner(s) agree to participate in all reasonable promoted activities in relation to this promotion as requested by the Promoter and its agents.

 

  1. As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner (and his/her companion(s), if applicable) may be required to sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.

 

  1. All entries and any copyright subsisting in the entries become and remain the property of the Promoter.

 

  1. Your Personal Information is being collected by the Promoter to include entrants in the promotion and where appropriate award prizes. How To Enter
To enter the prize draw the customer simply needs to make a purchase of Michelob Ultra 12 Pack 355mL Cans or Bottles and scan their registered Cashpoints card or the barcode in their Cashpoints app when making that purchase.  Such Customers will automatically go into the draw.

Prize draw and Winner notification:

Winners will be selected in a random prize draw conducted by  27th July and winners contacted by email by  31st July.

Unclaimed Prizes:
The prize must be claimed by 30/08/26 at 1:00 pm NZST.
In the event of an unclaimed prize, the prize will be redrawn on 01/09/26 at 1:00 pm NZST at 1/78 Tidal Road, Mangere, Auckland 2022.
The winner of the redraw will be notified by email within one (1) day of the redraw (02/09/2026).

Terms and Conditions
1. The entrant agrees and acknowledges that they have read these Conditions of Entry (and Schedule) and that entry into the Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Entry (and Schedule). Any capitalised terms used in these Conditions of Entry have the meaning given in the Schedule, unless stated otherwise.

2. The Promotion commences on the Start Date and ends on the End Date ("Promotional Period"). Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission or deposit by the entrant. Records of the Promoter and its agencies are final and conclusive as to the time of receipt.

  1. Valid and eligible entries will be accepted during the Promotional Period.

    4. Employees (and their immediate family members) of the Participating stores, agencies/companies directly associated with the conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter, businesses involved in determination of winner/s for the Promotion, businesses involved in the management of the Promotion, any organisation benefiting from the Promotion, the Promoters distributors, suppliers, subsidiary companies/businesses and associated companies and agencies are not eligible to enter.

    "Immediate family member" means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
  2. Draw
    a) Prize draw will be conducted digitally at the promoter’s offices at 1:00 pm NZST on 27/07/26.
    a. i) The first one hundred valid entries drawn will be the winners of the prizes specified in the Schedule above.
    b) The draw conductor may draw additional reserve entries in case an invalid entry or entrant is drawn.
    c) If a draw is scheduled on the weekend or a public holiday, the draw will be conducted at the same time and location on the following business day.

The Promoter will ensure each draw is open for public scrutiny and anyone may witness the draw on request. The winner of a drawn prize is determined by chance.

6. All reasonable attempts will be made to contact the winner.

7. If any winner chooses not to take their prize (or is unable to), or does not take or claim a prize within a reasonable time, as specified by the Promoter, they forfeit the prize and the Promoter is not obliged to substitute the prize.

  1. Where entry is allowed by purchase or subscription, the cost of the product or service is no greater than the cost would be without the opportunity to participate in the Promotion.

    9. The Promoter supports the responsible service of alcohol and encourages consumers to enjoy alcohol responsibly. Entrants will be refused service of alcohol or provision of an alcohol beverage if it would breach any laws, codes or policies including those of the relevant liquor licensee relating to the responsible service of alcohol. Entry and continued participation in this Promotion is subject to the Participating Venue's/Stores liquor serving policy.

The value of the prize is accurate and based upon the recommended retail value of the prize (inclusive of GST) at the date of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize after that date.
No part of a prize is exchangeable, redeemable for cash or any other prize or transferable, unless otherwise specified in writing by the Promoter.
If a prize (or portion of a prize) is unavailable the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that portion of the prize) to a prize of equal or greater value and specification.

No entry fee is charged by the Promoter to enter the Promotion.
The prize will be awarded to the person named in the entry and any entry that is made on behalf of an entrant or by a third party will be invalid. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant or winner, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant or winner.

Entrants' personal information will be collected by the Promoter. Personal information will be stored on the Promoter's database.

The Promoter may use this information for future marketing purposes regarding its products, including contacting the entrant electronically. The Promoter will handle personal information in accordance with its privacy policy which is located at https://www.hancocks.co.nz/contact.
The Promoter collects personal information about entrants to enable them to participate in this Promotion and may disclose the entrants' personal information to third parties including its contractors and agents, prize suppliers and service providers to assist in conducting this Promotion and to relevant regulatory authorities in New Zealand as required by law.

If the entrant does not provide their personal information as requested, they may be ineligible to enter or claim a prize in the Promotion.

  1. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow the winner to take part in any or all aspects of the prize, if the Promoter determines in their absolute discretion, that the winner is not in the physical or mental condition necessary to be able to safely participate in or accept the prize. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner and their travel companion may be required to sign a legal release as determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion, prior to receiving the prize.

    18. If a prize is provided to the Promoter by a third party, the prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the third party prize supplier.

The terms and conditions which apply to the prize at the time it is issued to the winner will prevail over these Conditions of Entry in the event of any inconsistency. To the extent permitted by law the Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for any delay or failure by the third party to deliver the prize, any delay or failure relating to the prize itself or failure by the third party to meet any of its obligations in these Conditions of Entry or otherwise.

19. Any guarantee or warranty given is in addition to any relevant statutory guarantees and warranties and nothing in these Conditions of Entry restricts, excludes or modifies any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ) and/or Fair Trading Act 1986 (NZ).

  1. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize.

    21. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to validate and check the authenticity of entries and entrant's details (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence). In the event that the winner cannot provide suitable proof as required by the Promoter to validate their entry, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.

Incomplete, indecipherable, inaudible, incorrect and illegible entries, as applicable, will at the Promoter's discretion be deemed invalid and not eligible to win. Entries containing offensive or defamatory comments, or which breach any law or infringe any third party rights, including intellectual property rights, are not eligible to win.
The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an individual to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and may render all entries submitted by that individual invalid.

22. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries in the event of non-compliance with these Conditions of Entry.

In the event that there is a dispute concerning the conduct of the Promotion or claiming a prize, the Promoter will resolve the dispute in direct consultation with the entrant. If the dispute cannot be resolved the Promoters decision will be final.

23. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence or wilful misconduct) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using any prize (or recommendation).

For the sake of clarity, this clause shall not apply where the Promoter has contributed to or caused such loss, expense, damage, personal injury or death and shall not apply to any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in each case the Promoters liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).

24. The winner will participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable marketing and editorial activities relating to the Promotion, including (but not limited to) being recorded, photographed, filmed or interviewed and acknowledges that the Promoter may use any such marketing and editorial material without further reference or compensation to them.

  1. Unless otherwise specified, a prize is a single event for the winner (and their guest) and cannot be separated into separate events or components.

    26. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications and the entrant must seek their own independent financial advice in regards to the tax implications relating to the prize or acceptance of the prize.

    27. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of these rights.

If a Customer uses their Cashpoints card or Cashpoints app to participate in this Promotion, that Customer agrees that CNZL and the Promoter may collect and share personal information relating to that transaction and use it in the manner set out and/or referred to in the Super Liquor Cashpoint Terms.
  3. By entering this Promotion, a Customer consents to the Promoter’s use of its details to conduct this Promotion and any related publicity.
  4. By scanning their Cashpoints card or the barcode on their Cashpoints app when making such a purchase, a Customer will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions
  5. “Participating Stores” means all Super Liquor stores in New Zealand that participate in this Promotion.
