This delicious dessert wine is a fortified wine made from Askerne's best Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, picked at optimal ripeness, fermented and then lightly fortified to preserve the fruit sugars and alluring aromatics. The palate is generous and decadent, with aromas of dark cherry spice and black berry fruits. This wine is a perfect accompaniment to dark chocolate.

Orange Muscat is the flavour powerhouse bringing orange blossom to the nose and citrus to the palate. Flora contributes mouth feel on the palate. Sweet, rich, and beautifully balanced with fine acidity. This luscious late harvested wine makes a perfect partner to a wide range of desserts. Sticky date pudding with caramel sauce is a longtime favourite, or an orange & poppy seed cake served with a rich double cream.

Darren De Bortoli created Noble One at our family winery in 1982, to this day it is still one of the most awarded wines in history.

Straw in colour. Deliciously complex with rich layers of honeycomb, dried apricot and fig. The luscious, opulent palate is layered with dried papaya and savoury ginger, with an intense and generous finish. Drinking beautifully now and will continue to develop gracefully with further bottle age over the next ten years.

Exuding tropical aromas of ripe, fleshy nectarine and apricot with hints of caramelisation. The waxy palate builds on these aromas with an intensity of grapefruit marmalade and stone fruit. Whilst broad and rich upfront the acid line provides a crisp, balanced finish with abundant length.
