In 1844 Christopher Rawson Penfold planted vines on the slopes of Magill to produce fortified wines. This exceptional Australian Tawny is smooth, rich, and packed with intense flavours of toffee, maple, and spice: a luscious, fortified wine offering boasting flavours of caramel and aged rancio. A dessert-lovers dream, pair a flourless chocolate cake topped with double cream.

Deep garnet hue with aromas of blackberry, cherry, mushroom, wild thyme and baking spice. The palate is voluminous and creamy with beautifully resolved tannins that provide a seamless vein and great length. Land that was once a high country sheep station is now a flourishing vineyard. Sheep and rabbits co-existed on the land for quite some time but the sheep couldn't keep up with the nocturnal activity of the rabbits, and in the end were driven off the land. Rabbits now run free on the vineyard and fuelled by high altitude Pinot Noir, some are reputed to be the size of ponies, but that's another story... The Rabbit Ranch Pinot Noir is made in a very soft, fruit forward, low tannin style - a wine to be savoured and supped, rather than an assault on the senses.

Aromas of black cherry, wild strawberry and star anise. The palate is soft and pillowy with a racing-stripe of boysenberry ripple through it. There are dark roses, raspberries, and notes of sandalwood and liquorice.

Intense mahogany in colour. Full of dried fruit flavours of raisins, figs, molasses, nuts, chocolate and very elegant sweet notes. On the palate it is complex, rich, velvety and very smooth with a long aftertaste.

Sourced exclusively from Te Mata Estate's own vineyards. This Estate Vineyards Chardonnay was harvested from Bridge Pa Triangle, Woodthorpe Terraces and Havelock Hills vineyards. White gold in the glass, immediate refreshing appeal of ripe nectarine and lemon sorbet edged with sea-salt, roast almond and a hint of smoke from French oak. Delicious on its own, or a wonderful partner for both simply prepared and fuller flavoured seafood and white meat dishes.

This is a rich full-bodied wine yet at the same time, remains in balanced across the palate with fine, elegant tannins – the hallmark of great Cabernet.

The luscious elegance of the Clare Valley fruit marries superbly with the slightly peppery fruit from McLaren Vale.

The grapes for Roaring Meg come from Mt Difficulty's Cromwell basin vineyards managed by their dedicated viticultural team. Roaring Meg Chardonnay features citrus floral notes, toasted brioche and a hint of cashew on the nose. Initially some classically rich Chardonnay fruit character on the palate, white stone fruit and toast notes which then picks up on the fresh and crisp finish. The wine finishes with refreshing grapefruit and lemon zest.

An intense, brilliant cherry colour with purplish tints. Complex nose with red and black berry aromas. A smooth wine with fine tannins, harmonious and complete.
