The 2024 Assyrtiko is bright and lively with lifted aromas of guava, mango, and passionfruit combined with lemon and granny smith apples. The palate has an elegant acid line, with lemon and passionfruit flavours upfront, progressing to granny smith apples further to the back. Good length with a cool, clean, and steely finish.
