Buttery Chardonnay, smooth, creamy and simply melts in your mouth. The beautifully integrated toasty oak results in flavours of brioche and vanilla, while still enabling the delightful ripe stone fruit characters to shine through.

The palate is full and generous, sweet tropical fruits combine with characteristic pinot gris texture creating mouth filling length. Pinot gris is delicious sipped solo or enjoyed with seared or grilled fish and simple oven-roasted chicken.

Squealing Pig Rosé is pale salmon in colour with flavours of strawberry and pink grapefruit, this wine is perfectly crisp and refreshing.

Squealing Pig Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc is brimming with tropical fruit flavours of pineapple, passionfruit and citrus.

As Winemakers, Stoneleigh are able to capture the natural early ripening characteristics of the Rapaura sub-region appellation, harvesting the grapes early with a full flavour profile to make a range of wines that are 25% lower in alcohol. Pale straw in colour, this wine shows lifted nashi pear and gala apple characters, with background topical guava and pineapple notes. The palate is lively and crisp with intense nashi pear, apple strudel and spicy flavours, complemented by a well-balanced acid structure.

Naturally 25 per cent lighter in alcohol than Stoneleigh range wines of the same varietal, but still bursting with the vibrant flavours and aromas expected. Sourced exclusively from Te Mata Estate's own vineyards. This Estate Vineyards Chardonnay was harvested from Bridge Pa Triangle, Woodthorpe Terraces and Havelock Hills vineyards. White gold in the glass, immediate refreshing appeal of ripe nectarine and lemon sorbet edged with sea-salt, roast almond and a hint of smoke from French oak. Delicious on its own, or a wonderful partner for both simply prepared and fuller flavoured seafood and white meat dishes.
