Pale straw in colour, this sauvignon blanc has a complex nose of paw paw, passionfruit, pineapple and a touch of cut grass and crushed herbs. The juicy palate is packed full of tropical fruits and lime zest with a hint of sweet pea and crunchy red capsicum. Good balance and refreshing acidity complete this expressive wine.

On the nose are aromas of roasted nuts, toasted brioche, subtle creaminess and a hint of smoke. This is a flavourful, multidimensional Chardonnay with a core of ripe stone fruit and fragrant citrus. The palate is supple and soft, with gentle acidity providing freshness and balance.

Ripe stonefruit, fresh citrus and subtle floral notes are overlaid with complexities of roasted nuts, fresh baked bread, and a flinty minerality. Already drinking exceptionally well, with careful cellaring we expect this wine to continue to mature gracefully for 5 years or more from vintage date. Bright raspberry and strawberry fruit aromas abound. On the palate the wine is fine textured and fleshy through the mid palate, finishing with a gentle sweetness, balanced by a crisp acidity and a lingering finish.

The aromatics are fresh and expressive with pink grapefruit, passionfruit, elderflower and gentle herbal notes with elements of richer tropical fruits. The palate is medium weight, gentle and fresh with excellent flavour persistence. This is complimented by underlying flinty and mineral notes.
