In the quest to discover sustainable packaging, discarded coffee husks have been given a second lease of life to create this innovative presentation box which encases a unique whisky. Whisky maker Steven Bremner has taken inspiration from the Arabica coffee and developed a whisky aged in both European and American oak casks which delivers notes reminiscent of a divinely sweet yet strong espresso. This limited annual release series brings together innovative sustainable packaging techniques with natural materials at the end of their life to see them given new use and purpose. With a distinct coffee flavour, this whisky exudes notes of espresso, dark chocolate and sweet oak. The intensely flavoured single malt invites you to immerse yourself in a sensory journey through flavour and aroma.

The third release in the Harmony Collection has been created in collaboration with Stella and Mary McCartney to celebrate the lush, fertile lands of Scotland that connect all those who have stood upon them for generations. This release embraces the re-use of natural materials in its packaging, discarded meadow cuttings have been given new life in this presentation box and bottle labels. The Macallan Whisky Mastery Team have taken inspiration from natural Scottish grasslands to create this distinctive expression, redolent of warm meadows and mature barley fields, with a rich, citrus scented finish, using a combination of both sherry seasoned oak and bourbon casks. On the nose you'll find rich orange and lemon, honeysuckle, vanilla, coconut and ripe barley fields. The taste is characterised by rich oak, lemon, melon, classic scone, almond and green tea.

Matured in a unique combination of casks with two distinctive wood types, this special single malt exudes flavours of both European and American oak, married together to create a unique tasting experience. With a distinct grapefruit flavour, this whisky emphasises a wide range and complexity of flavours. The two wood types complement and balance together beautifully and offer an experiential journey through flavour, aroma, colour and texture.

Slow-burning, aromatic peat from Hobbister Moor; hand-turned floor maltings, Sherry seasoned European oak casks, cool maturation in the temperate island climate and a long and unhurried harmonisation process. Highland Park 18YO is predominantly matured in 1st fill European oak Sherry-seasoned casks, delivering a remarkable complexity over time. Over 18 years, the cool Northern climate causes the whisky to age slowly and evenly, providing balanced maturation and depth of flavour.

This annual release, A Night on Earth - The Journey is a unique expression created using a perfectly balanced combination of exceptional first-fill American ex-bourbon barrels, along with European and American sherry-seasoned oak casks. Created in collaboration with acclaimed Chinese artist, Nini Sum, this release features innovative multi-layered packaging that provides an exceptional unboxing experience.

The Dalmore 15 year old was first launched in 2007. Matured in Matusalem, Apostoles and Amoroso Sherry casks, it proffers all those winter spice, orange zest and chocolate notes characteristic of Dalmore.
