Crafted in Dunedin and matured on the South Island coast in Oamaru, Dunedin DoubleCask Single Malt is an elegant New Zealand whisky finished in Central Otago Pinot Noir barrels. Matured first in American ex-bourbon casks before gaining depth and character from French oak red wine casks, it delivers layers of rich grain, cherry, warming spice and toasted oak, culminating in a long, fruit-driven finish.

South Island Single Malt, distilled from malted New Zealand barley, aged in American ex-bourbon barrels. This non-peated single malt has been slowly maturing in The NZ Whisky Collection's seaside bond store in Oamaru. Deep honey comb and orange in colour. Well balanced with light fruity notes, soft spice and creamy malt flavours, this lovely single malt whisky is easy drinking and delicate. A pleasant wee drop to sip!

Bold, beautiful, and bottled at full cask strength. The Oamaruvian has matured in ex-bourbon barrels before gaining its deep burnt umber colour in New Zealand Pinot Noir casks, finished in ex-Merlot/Syrah oak. Rich with Christmas cake, spice and Madeira - heavy yet surprisingly elegant.

Quercus Alba is the Latin name for 'American white Oak' and this limited edition whisky is packed with oaky flavour. The heavy char on the virgin oak cask, Thomson's first and only cask of this kind, has activated rich tannins, dark toffee and deep wood flavours. The liquid inside is Manuka Smoke single malt, one of Thomson's most identifiable flavour profiles and a signature of their distillery. It's made using locally grown malt that has been smoked with native Manuka wood, mashed, fermented and then double distilled through the Thomson all copper pot stills. Tasting notes: Vanilla, black tea, clove and Manuka oils. Rich tannins, dark toffee, deep wood. Quercus Alba is limited to 274 bottles only - When it's gone, it's gone.
