The all-natural spices and flavours give this rum a rich, smooth taste characterised by top notes of vanilla and cinnamon. More than anything else, it's the spicing that's responsible for the distinctive character,, smoothness and versatility of this rum.

The distillation and aging process takes place in the Caribbean where the rum matures in oak barrels for a minimum of 2 years before it is carbon filtered and carefully blended by hand. The result is hints of cocoa and fruit on the nose with a sweet and delicate finish in the mouth.
