This limited-release gin is a showcase of what juniper can deliver. For six months, Dr Beak macerated hand-foraged, wild-grown, Macedonian juniper in neutral spirit. They then distilled that macerate with additional juniper and a dash of New Zealand-grown orris root. Their purest expression yet, with rich juniper notes, accompanied by floral and earthy undertones that enhance its complexity. Exquisite in a gin and tonic, or try it in a martini or negroni.
